2001: Introduced Contour Cochlear Implantation in India.
2001: Established “State of the art” Voice Lab.
2002: Pediatric cochlear Implant Workshop
2003: Established “State of the  art”  Auditory Electrophysiology lab.
2004: Organized Second Cochlear Implant Group of India National Convention.
2004: First Auditory Brainstem implantation in India, South and South East Asia.
2006: Established MERF-Institute of Speech and Hearing.
2006: Four year degree course in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology
2007: International update in Auditory Electrophysiology
2007: Short course on Audiology for ENT surgeons.
2008: Introduced Sonata Cochlear implants in India
2008: organized first concurrent workshop for Surgeons, Audiologist and Auditory habilitationist on CI.
2008: First Totally Implantable Hearing Devices in Asia.
2009: First Pediatric Auditory brainstem implantation in Asia.
