I did not know how to correlate the theory with the results of the tests. It was only in MERF that I came to know about tests like VEMP & ASSR and their clinical applications…….Intern, AWH College, Calicut (Dec15 2006 - 13Jan 2007).

The postings in the MERF-Institute and MERF Hospital were excellent. The clinical exposure was very good………Intern,AWH College, Calicut (Dec15 2006-13 Jan 2007).

At MERF, unlike other institutions, we were allowed to interact with the clients. The asset of MERF is the Faculty………Intern, AWH College. Calicut (Dec15 2006-13 Jan 2007).

Information given by the staff and the infrastructure provided by the Institute were excellent. Hearty thanks to Dr.Mohan Kameswaran for allowing us to observe the Cochlear Implant surgery and imparting relevant information…….Intern, MAHE, Manipal (02 Jan 2007 - 25 Jan 2007).

A good exposure to habilitation of Cochlear Implantees, variety of cases at MERF hospital, very useful posting…..Intern (AIISH,09.04.07 TO 13.04.07).

We had an opportunity to get exposed to various Audiological instruments and see several audio and speech cases,a very beneficial posting……Interns (AWH College, ,15.03.07 to 13.04.07).

The one thing we would happily highlight is that we where allowed to handle all facilities without restrictions and treated as professionals which helped to boost our professional ethics. Interns AWH CALICUT June 1st to June 30th. .

We could learn many diagnostic and rehabilitations procedures, which were never exposed to during our course. Interns AWH CALICUT July 1st to July 31st.

Working in MERF Institute and Hospital has broadened our knowledge in areas of Audiology especially Cochlear Implants and Auditory Habilitation -. Interns MAHE Manipal Sep 2007.
